Youth in foster care belong to our entire community. They are some of the most vulnerable among us. We can each enrich the daily life experience and expand the opportunities for these children and teens with the gift of a new bike, helmet, and lock. 

As a  501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the State of Ohio, donations to Bike Lady are tax-deductible in accordance with IRS guidelines. No goods or services are exchanged for your donation. Bike Lady will not ever sell or trade your contact information. The majority of our donations are from private individuals. We cannot do this without YOU!

Bike Lady, Inc. does not determine which youth receive bikes. County administrators distribute the bikes to  the children in their care who really NEED a bike - most often teens who need transportation. All recipients are temporary or permanent wards of the State of Ohio through county child protective services.

It's a bike. So simple, yet so powerful. And with our prison assembly crew, every bike you give changes at least two lives, giving a measure of freedom and well-being to both.
